1. General Provisions
1.1. The nanoemi.com online store is operated by nanoemi Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1.2. These regulations define the rules for using the services provided by the nanoemi.com Online Store and the rights and obligations of the Customer.
1.3. Using the Online Store signifies acceptance of these regulations.
2. Orders
2.1. Orders can be placed through the Store’s website or by email or phone contact provided on the Store’s website.
2.2. Orders are processed in Poland, the European Union, and other countries worldwide not subject to relevant legal restrictions, as specified to the Customer during the order process.
2.3. The effective placing of an order requires providing all necessary data and accepting these regulations.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1. The prices of goods displayed on the Store’s website are quoted in Polish zlotys (PLN) or euros (EUR) and do not include local taxes.
